While the LBI real estate market is showing a lot of strength, and there are little to no warning signs of price drops, buyers are concerned about overpaying for a home on Long Beach Island. Therefore, pricing a home correctly is essential. There are still bidding wars taking place, and there is tremendous interest in the LBI real estate market, but buyers are going to research a home before they make an offer.
