  • Homes spent an average of 126 days for sale in the Ship Bottom real estate market
A total of just over $5,100,000 worth of single family homes sold in Ship Bottom. The average listing price was $540,520. The most expensive home to sell was 101 W 20th Street, a four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home selling for $725,000. This was a new construction located near Long Beach Blvd on the bayside. The least expensive home to sell was a storm damaged single family home located at 1815 Pennsylvania Ave. This small home sold for only $140,000!

Ship Bottom showed a lower average price than the rest of the LBI real estate market however it is encouraging to see activity improving so much.
