Sales of single-family homes in the Spray Beach real estate market are broken down as follows:

  • There were three closed transactions in Spray Beach.
  • The average price of a single-family home was $798,333.
  • The average price per square foot was $565.60.
  • On average, homes spent 120 days on the market and sold for 92.73% of their listing price.

The least expensive home to sell was 110 E. 26th Street which was a three bedroom one and a half  bath end user Cape Cod. This home sold for $675,000 after spending 97 days on the market. This represents a sales price to list price ratio of 96.57% and a price per square foot of $573.98. The most expensive home to sell was 101 E. 24th St. which was a very unique historic home selling for $870,000 after spending only 47 days on the market. This represents a sales price to list price ratio of 87.09% and a price per square foot of $414.48.
