Beach Haven Terrace real estate 2016 sales showed a slightly lower average price point when compared to the overall Long Beach Island real estate market, but steady activity with an average of one transaction per month. Taken as a whole, the LBI real estate market had a strong 2016 with a slightly lower average sales price when compared to 2015, yet nearly 10% more single-family homes were sold.

  • On average, homes sold for 94.94% of their listing price and spent 179 days on the market.

The least expensive home to sell was 18 W. Delaware which was a small tear down selling for $317,000. This home sold for 88.3% of its listing price after spending 157 days on the market. The most expensive home to sell was 13104 Beach Avenue. This was a massive six bedroom home with nearly 5000 square feet of living space and sold for $2,290,000 after spending approximately one year on the market.
