The fact that multiple home styles continue to sell in the Long Beach Island real estate market shows a wide range of options that are available to buyers. Many make the mistake of assuming that the Long Beach Island real estate market consists only of multimillion dollar homes.  The fact is there are a number of less expensive options which can still provide excellent opportunities.   • The average price of a single-family home was $1,124,950.

  • On average, homes spent 193 days on the market and sold for 93.92% of their listing price.

  • The homes sold for an average of $435.22 per foot.


The least expensive home to sell was 26 W. Ohio Ave. This was a single story ranch style house, and sold for $519,750 after spending 103 days on the market. This home sold for 96.7% of the listing price and traded for $468.24 per foot. The most expensive home to sell was 13104 Beach Ave. which is a magnificent six bedroom 5 1/2 bathroom home with over 4628 feet of living space.  This home sold for $2,290,000 after spending 338 days on the market.
