Beach Haven Terrace and the LBI NJ Real Estate Market

Overall 2017 proved to be one of the strongest years in the LBI real estate market. Overall activity was at a height and the price of a single family home was higher than ever. While things have slowed a little since then, the market is still very strong and buyer confidence is high. Even if the market and prices drop somewhat, there is no sign of a massive drop. Overall this is still a good time to be in the LBI real estate market.
