Brant Beach and Long Beach Island Real Estate
Brant Beach, one of the largest sections of Long Beach Township on Long Beach Island, saw a comparable average sales price as 2018 but with fewer homes sold. This does go against the general trend of the LBI real estate market which has been seeing a slight increase in activity with a higher average price.

Long Beach Island Real Estate Market
So far the Long Beach Island real estate market has had a good year. About the same number of single family homes have sold in 2019 compared to 2018 but the average price is about $100,000 higher. Brant Beach did drag down some of the statistics we have seen in the LBI real estate market so far this year but that said the slightly lower levels of sales and stable or higher prices points more to a leveling off of the market in Brant Beach rather than a downturn.
