There were 4 new listings, 4 price reductions, 7 pending sales and 4 closings today. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.

Despite there being a total of 23 changes to the MLS today, many of the changes were duplicates of one another. For example a single family home being listed as both a single family home and as vacant land. In spite of this there was still strong activity today which carries on the general trend we have seen thus far in April.
