Here is a quick summery of single family home listings, some statistics on the average days on the market and the median listing price of a home: 19 New Listings 572 Total Listings $974,950 Median Price 84 Days on the Market Looking back to the last report we see a stable amount of activity int he Long Beach Island New Jersey real estate market. The median sales price continues to hover around the $1,000,000 mark for a single family home. Of course there are many single family homes that sell much less than this median price and there are also many condos available for less than $200,000! Equally there are many homes that sell well north of the $1,000,000 median price especially on the oceanfront.
