LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update April 10th 2020: There were 10 changes to the Long Beach Island NJ real estate market today. Activity was spread across all categories of the market and has greatly improved over the past couple of weeks. To understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market.   • 18 new listings entered the market

  • 16 listings went under contact

  • 12 properties sold on Long Beach Island

  • 17 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market

  • 2 properties came back on the market for sale

LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

The LBI real estate market has seen some return to "normal" compared to a few weeks ago. Activity has increased by a large margin and the type of activity we are seeing is far more favorable. In other words, there are fewer deals coming back on the market and more homes selling. Inventory remains painfully low but overall things are looking good, at least for the time being.
