On the anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor so long ago, it is more important than ever to remember that we are all proud Americans who share a common past and a bright future together. The LBI real estate market saw some positive activity today with several new listings entering the market, the majority of which were commercial development opportunities.

The Long Beach Island real estate market picked up a few listings today, the first time in several days, but of the three new listings, two were listed by the same party as commercial investment opportunities. While there does look to be some good development potential for these projects, the number of single-family homes for sale on Long Beach Island, by far the most popular facet of the market, still remains very low.
