LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update January 16th 2021: Things were much slower in the LBI real estate market today with only 7 changes to the sale MLS. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market.
