Activity continues to be spread out across the LBI real estate market, but inventory is still a problem. LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

As I mentioned above, the number of homes for sale on Long Beach Island is the hardest part of the market right now. Demand far exceeds supply. With prices up around 25%-30% over a year ago, and homes still selling at a high rate, it is clear that buyer confidence remains strong despite COVID.
