LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update January 28th 2021: The LBI real estate market has seen a little more balance from day to day than we saw 6 months ago. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market. LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

As I mentioned above, the LBI real estate market has seen a little more balance. WHile today there was a net loss in inventory (more homes sold than were listed), yesterday there was a gain. This is a very good thing for the LBI real estate market which is so starved of inventory at present.
