Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update June 12th 2024

In today's LBI real estate marketupdate, we found only six changes to the sales market. Half of this activity was in the form of pending sales! Inventory continues to be an issue for buyers in the Long Beach Island real estate market, and days like today do not help this situation. There were two price reductions today, and that is always welcomed news for buyers in the LBI real estate market! Market activity for June 12th 2024 was as follows on Long Beach Island.

The homes that went under contract today were diverse in both style and price range. On the higher end of the market, there was a large newer oceanfront home, an older traditional style home that was priced just under $1,000,000, and a nice condo in the heart of Beach Haven that was priced under $850,000. While inventory remains a challenge for buyers in the LBI real estate market, there are still some good options if you know where to look, and buyer confidence remains high!
