Even though there were only 7 changes to the LBI real estate market today, with 5 of them being new listings, today's activity was a big help to buyers. Price ranges for new listings ranged from just under $1,000,000 for a bayside duplex in Surf City to $2,349,000 for an updated ocean block home in Brighton Beach. As we come into summer, we may see a small increase in inventory, like the one we saw today, as the market slows down some (as it usually does in summer) and more sellers list their homes.
