We are officially in Summer 2024, and today's LBI real estate market update showed a lot of activity. There were more pending sales than new listings today, but yesterday, we saw more new listings than pending sales, so the week is balancing out nicely. Overall, the activity was spread across the board with new listings, pending sales, and closed LBI real estate market transactions.
