Today saw one of the most expensive sales on the south end of Long Beach Island take place 122 E Wyoming Ave. This was a spec home that I was involved in, and it was a record-setter! The spec market, and the LBI real estate market in general, is doing very well. There were 2 new spec homes that entered the market today in Barnegat Light, and similar homes have recently sold. Overall, the LBI real estate market is still performing very well.
