Today was another very busy day in the LBI real estate market. This Long Beach Island real estate market update stands in stark contract with yesterday's. There were a total of 13 changes to the LBI real estate sales market today, whereas there were only 3 yesterday. That said, the activity mimiced what we saw yesterday, only in greater numbers! Activity in the LBI real estate market for today, June 4th 2024, is as follows:

The activity in the LBI real estate market today shows some helpful, and expected trends. Pending sales outpaced new listings, which does not help the low inventory levels in the LBI real estate market. The style and price range of homes varied in today's LBI real estate market update, but unlike yesterday, most of the activity was in the higher end of the price points typically seen on Long Beach Island. Overall, it was a good day in the LBI real estate market with widespread activity.
