In today's LBI real estate market update, we have 10 changes to the MLS. The activity in the Long Beach Island real estate market was good with 2 new listings entering the market. The changes to the LBI real estate market were spread out, with a new listing in Brant Beach and another in Surf City. There were also 2 pending sales in Surf City today! Sales activity was as follows for today on Long Beach Island:

The good news is that prices are still spread across the market, with a closed sale in Beach Haven Gardens trading just over $1,100,000 on the oceanside!
