In today's LBI real estate market update, we have 10 changes to the MLS. The activity in the Long Beach Island real estate market was good with 2 new listings entering the market. The changes to the LBI real estate market were spread out, with a new listing in Brant Beach and another in Surf City. There were also 2 pending sales in Surf City today! Inventory remains the biggest challenge to the LBI real estate sales market, and today's Long Beach Island real estate market update shows why. Even though it was a busy day, there were only 2 new listings compared to the three pending sales. The good news is that prices are still spread across the market, with a closed sale in Beach Haven Gardens trading just over $1,100,000 on the oceanside!
