LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update March 27th 2020: Activity exploded today on Long Beach island. Things were back to normal (at least for today). To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market.   • 18 new listings entered the market

  • 16 listings went under contact

  • 12 properties sold on Long Beach Island

  • 17 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market

  • 2 properties came back on the market for sale
