There was robust activity in the Long Beach Island real estate market today, with a total of 7 changes to the MLS. There were more new listings today, which is a nice change for the LBI real estate market. This is especially true since yesterday there were several pending sales and no new listings at all! Activity in the LBI real estate market today was as follows:

It is interesting to note that a house came back on the market today. This is very rare on Long Beach Island, as most deals will transact once they are agreed upon. While there were three new listings today, there was one pending sale, so the LBI real estate market had a gain of only 2 listings.
