The LBI real estate market update for today saw a total of 4 changes to the sales market. The Long Beach Island real estate market is still showing a lot of activity as we get closer and closer to summer, and buyer activity is strong. In our weekly Long Beach Island real estate market update we saw more pending sales last week than new listings, which has been the recent trend. Today's activity is as follows:
