Today's Long Beach Island real estate market update showed modest activity, but the activity was representative of the LBI real estate market as a whole. The market was in a state of balance with new listings and pending sales, as it has been for the past two years or so. The market has remained busy since Summer ended, and buyers are looking to enter into a transaction. Today's LBI real estate market activity was as follows:
