Today's LBI real estate market update showed only 6 changes to the MLS, but the trends that we have been seeing prevailed once again. Pending sales have been on the rise, and they have been absorbing the inventory of homes for sale. There have been fewer new listings entering the Long Beach Island real estate market, and with demand still being strong, we will likely see the supply of homes fall. Activity in the LBI real estate market was as follows:
