Today's LBI real estate market update showed another balanced day of activity. There were some new listings, some pending sales, and some closed transactions. The uniform activity shows how the Long Beach Island real estate market remains strong and steady. Today's activity was as follows:

Activey in the Long Beach Island NJ real estate market was spread almost perfectly across the board. There were 2 new listings, 3 pending sales and 2 homes sold on LBI today. The prices and home styles show how diverse the LBI real estate market still is. Of the two homes listed, one was a traditional Cape Cod-style beach house priced at $1,300,000, and the other is a large, high-end oceanblock home priced just under $6,000,000! In stark contrast to this large newer home, a well-kept condo went under contract with a listing price of under $400,000! This shows how there are options for nearly all buyers in the LBI real estate market.
