It was a rather quiet day in the LBI real estate market, and all of the activity was in the form of new listings and pending sales. There were only 6 changes to the Long Beach Island real estate sales market, and 2/3rds of that was in the form of pending sales! Activity was as follows for the LBI real estate market today:
