Overall sales of single family homes on Long Beach Island have lagged behind 2018 by about 10%. That said it is only a recent development that we have seen higher inventory levels. That could help to correct the lower sales figures. Even if it does not, there were still 94 single family homes sold in the LBI real estate market which is historically a very high number.
