LBI Real Estate Market Update March 12th 2019 The Long Beach Island real estate market was rather slow today. There were three new listings with an average price of $1,052,000. Two homes saw price reductions and a condo in Beach Haven went "under contract". This unit was listed for $739,900. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.
