  • Active listings: 12 properties were active within the period.

Closed-sale pricing: The median closed price landed at $2,371,500, with a median list price of $2,562,450 and a median price per sq. ft. of $1,179.71 for those reporting square footage. The average close-to-list ratio across the week’s closings was 0.939. These metrics indicate continued negotiation bandwidth while confirming robust buyer demand for well-located and modern homes.
