April finished strong with sales in the LBI real estate market. While there were 32 changes to the MLS today and 15 of them were expired or withdrawn listings, that is more or less the norm for the first of any month. It is encouraging to see that there were still pending and closed sales today and that the general Long Beach Island real estate data is positive.
