LBI Real Estate Update March 4th 2019 : The LBI real estate market saw normal activity today. There were a total of three new listings today however one property was listed twice, once as a residential offering and again as a commercial offering. Therefore only two new listings came on the market today. There were three price reductions and one closing. The home that sold was an ocean block duplex on a 40x100 lot that sold for $912,500.

The Long Beach Island real estate market has been showing strong activity lately yet there are signs that things have slowed down somewhat. A part of this slowdown has to do with low inventory levels, something highlighted by today's activity with only 2 new listings coming on the market.
