LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 02-25-2024 to 03-03-2024: With 51 changes to the LBI real estate market, it was a busy week on Long Beach Island! LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

It was a very busy week in the Long Beach Island real estate market, and the activity was very interesting. There were more price reductions this week then there have been in any recently alaysis. There were also a record number of pending sales this week! What that tells us is buyers are active and willing to make a purchase, but they are more price sensitive and cautious. A home has to be priced right to sell, even in a seller's market. Pending sales and closings both had a good showing this week, but sellers need to pay attention to the whole market and understand their homes true value. There are 112 active listings in the MLS this week and 41 pending sales.
