LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 03/06/2022-03/13/2022: There were 51 changes to the Long Beach Island real estate market this week, and almost half of this activity was in the form of pending sales! This pulls back even more on the already low inventory levels of the LBI real estate market. You can review all the active, pending, sold, and withdrawn listings that are or were for sale on Long Beach Island in the given time frame. To give a quick summary:
10 new listings entered the market with an average price of $2,024,500
22 listings went under contract with an average listing price of about $1,546,627
9properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $1,446,667
6 listings saw price reductions in the LBI real estate market

LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis
Once again, pending sales far outpaced the number of new listings that came on the market. Interestingly though, there were 6 price reductions this week which is far higher than we normally see. There are 109 active listings in the MLS this week and 131 pending sales.
