LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 08-04-2024 to 8-11-2024: It was a slower week in overall activity, but of the 36 changes in this week's LBI real estate market update, a third of these changes were pending sales! LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

Pending sales outpaced new listings this week, which was expected as inventory has grown slightly over the past couple of weeks. As has been the case, a few weeks of inventory growth lead to a few weeks of pending sales increasing. This has kept the market in near perfect balance of the past 18 months or so and shows the strength and confidence present in the Long Beach Island New Jersey real estate market! There are 135 active listings in the MLS this week and 62 pending sales. Both of these numbers are higher than we have seen for the past several months.
