LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis
While there are still about 2 weeks left in 2024, this past week really represents the last strong week of activity on Long Beach Island. With Christmas just around the corner, attentions tend to divert elsewhere (rightly so) for the remainder of the year. Typically, the market will pick up again in the first couple of weeks of January. Of course, there will still be market activity this year, especially with closings that are pushing to wrap up before the end of the year, but the rest of the market will likely slow down. There are 107 active listings in the MLS this week and 54 pending sales.
