Long Beach Island NJ (LBI NJ)
It is officially Summer 2024 on Long Beach Island. LBI is in full swing with lots to do. The weather has been beautiful this June, and the beach has been a great place to sit and relax (even if the water has been a little chilly, around 60 degrees). The vast majority of stores, restaurants and amusements are open seven days a week, so it is time to go enjoy all there is to do on Long Beach Island.
Life on LBI-June 2024 on Long Beach Island
There are a lot of activities taking place on LBI. Most bars and restaurants are offering entertainment, usually live music outdoors. Last week was the very popular Hop Sauce festival, which features local breweries and food. This event is held in the heart of Beach Haven at Bicentennial Park and is always a hit with locals and visitors alike. This week there is the Garden and Art tour, "Bridging the Bay" fundraiser at The Boatyard, beach yoga, multiple farmers markets, and the start of Firepit Fridays in Brant Beach!
