LBI NJ Real Estate Sales Market Update September 11th. On this somber day we remember the lives lost and thank our emergency responders who give so much every day. It was a busy day in the Long Beach Island Real Estate market but much of this has to do with the new MLS system coming online. There were 13 new listings, 4 price reductions, 5 pending sales and 2 closings today. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.
