The LBI real estate market still struggles with a lack of inventory thanks to high demand and coronavirus. The activity seen today in the LBI real estate market mirrors the trends we have been seeing for the last 8-9 months. There were far more pending sales than new listings and that continues to deplete an already low pool of homes for sale on Long Beach Island.
