The LBI real estate market still struggles with a lack of inventory thanks to high demand and coronavirus. The activity seen today in the LBI real estate market mirrors the trends we have been seeing for the last 8-9 months. There were far more pending sales than new listings and that continues to deplete an already low pool of homes for sale on Long Beach Island. Buyers will face more competition for the fewer listings and this highlights the need to understand what determines value in the LBI real estate market.
