It was a busy day in the LBI real estate market, but interestingly enough, there were no pending sales! The activity was dominated by new listings and closed transactions. Both of which are helpful in understanding the LBI real estate market. We need inventory, so new listings are always welcomed, and the closed sales give good insight on to where the market is trading.
