Loveladies and Long Beach Island Real Estate
Loveladies, one of the most expensive areas of the LBI real estate market and a part of Long Beach Township on Long Beach Island, saw a massive increase in activity so far in 2019. Like the rest of the LBI real estate market, Loveladies saw more homes sell and at a higher price.

Compared to 2018 the average sales price is almost 25% higher! That is not intended to mean that the entire LBI market has increased by that much. In fact the average percentage increase in the LBI real estate market is between 3% and 5% annually. The median sales price in Loveladies increased by about $100,000 which is more in line with the general market. Either way, 2019 showed a nice increase over last year in both activity and price point.
Long Beach Island Real Estate Market
So far the Long Beach Island real estate market has had a good year. About the same number of single family homes have sold in 2019 compared to 2018 but the average price is about $100,000 higher. Loveladies certainly helped contribute to this statistic with stronger sales and a higher average/median price.
