Fantasy Island Gets a New Ferris Wheel
It looks like Long Beach Island will have a new Ferris wheel in Beach Haven for Summer 2023! The old Ferris wheel, which has been a visible presence in the skyline of LBI, was being dismantled today. The good news is, a new one is scheduled to be installed in its place!
New Ferris Wheel at Fantasy Island
Fantasy Island is an integral part of the Long Beach Island economy and a "must-see" for everyone visiting LBI. The Ferris wheel has been a hallmark of the Fantasy Island experience for decards (replacing a small miniature golf course that originally was built where the current Ferris wheel stands). A new Ferris wheel is expected to be built in about the same spot, so those visiting LBI have something new to look forward to in Beach Haven for Summer 2023!
