After two years of extraordinary demand, 2023 brought normalization to the North Beach real estate market. Prices eased from 2021–2022 highs, but the neighborhood remained fundamentally strong with steady activity and healthy price points. Buyers in the LBI real estate market and in North Beach showed more selectivity, yet competition persisted for turnkey or well‑located homes.
