  • The average sales price and the median sales price for both $804,000
  • The average price per square foot of a single-family home was $476.21
  • On average, homes sold for 96.5% of their listing price and spent 263 days on the market.

The two homes to sell in Beach Haven Gardens were 19 E. South 33rd St. which was a three bedroom one a half bath property selling for $641,000. The house had flooding in Hurricane Sandy and was subsequently renovated. The other home to sell was 125 E. S. 34th St. which was a four bedroom 2 1/2 bath home selling for $967,000. This property is located on the ocean block and had been fully renovated as well.
