Long Beach Island Real Estate

The fourth quarter a very strong year for the real estate market along the. While 2013 was marked by storm damaged homes and concerns about flood insurance, 2014 witnessed substantial new construction and a high level of buyer confidence. As more and more homes are built on Long Beach Island, the overall property values have increased. It has been an encouraging sign for both buyers and investors to see the winter millions of dollars that had been spent improving the infrastructure and the overall appearance of LBI. While this did not translate into any closed transactions in Beach Terrace, the overall improvement of the LBI real estate market from one year ago through today is a very encouraging sign of things to come. Beach Haven Terrace Real Estate Sales in the Fourth Quarter of 2014 may have been slow, but the overall real estate market is going strong!

In addition to a strong sales market, we have also seen an improvement in the rental market on Long Beach on. It seems the tenants are looking to book their properties early, and have as many options as possible available to them. Stronger rentals always translate into a stronger sales market and we would expect this trend to continue into 2015.
