Brant Beach Real Estate Home Sales
The Brant Beach real estate market had a strong 2023 with a dramatic increase in the average home sales price. While prices were higher, the number of sales dropped, which is the general trend throughout the LBI real estate market. There are simply not enough homes for sale in the Long Beach Island real estate market, and while demand remains strong, without inventory, it is expected that the number of sales will drop. There were a total of 22 closed single-family homes and condos in the Brant Beach real estate market in 2023. Twenty of these were single-family homes with an average sales price of $2,356,000.

Brant Beach Real Estate Sales Analysis
Prices throughout the LBI real estate market grew in 2023. This is an interesting trend, given that we have been facing higher mortgage rates since 2022, and, in spite of this, activity is higher than ever, and prices have risen. Brant Beach is no exception, with a higher average price and a higher breakdown of home prices. Of the 20 single-family homes that sold, 3 were over $4,000,000, and one was just shy of $8,000,000!
