Overall, the LBI real estate market has dramatically improved as fears about flood insurance and Hurricane Sandy lessened. Brant Beach Real Estate Sales in the Fourth Quarter of 2013 should be the start of an overall improvement in the real estate market on Long Beach Island.

Long Beach Island Real Estate and Brant Beach New Jersey

The fourth quarter usually sees some improvement in the LBI real estate market. This is partly due to summer ending and new inventory coming on the market. Many buyers hold off on a purchase until after the summer season simply to take advantage of this new inventory on the market. It goes without saying that 2013 was a challenging year for the LBI real estate market and the entire Long Beach Island area. Even with Hurricane Sandy devastating the coast of New Jersey, LBI made a quick recovery and the market remained strong.
