LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update April 1st 2020: The first day of the 2nd quarter started off with a lot of activity-roughly half of which were listings that were withdrawn or expired! In total there were 23 changes to the LBI real estate market. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market. - 0 new listings entered the market
- 2 listings went under contact
- 4 properties sold on Long Beach Island
- 14 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market
- 3 properties came back on the market for sale

The market today highlights the challenges we are facing in the market right now. Inventory levels are low and as you can see from the above, no new inventory came on the market. As fears of coronavirus come under control (hopefully sooner than later) this will present a challenge for buyers on Long Beach Island.
