It was a busy day in the LBI real estate market and the vast majority of the activity was in the form of new listings. This is welcomed news to the inventory starved Long Beach Island real estate market, especially as we get closer to the summer season. Activity in the LBI real estate market today was as follows:

- 1 home went under contract on LBI
- 1 home sold on Long Beach Island
- 0 homes saw a price reduction in the LBI real estate market
