Happy Cinco de Mayo! We are getting close to Memorial Weekend and the unofficial start of summer 2023 every day! The LBI real estate market broke the trend of the last few days with no pending sales. More homes came on the market today, which is welcome news for buyers. Inventory remains low, so every new listing is a new opportunity for a buyer in the LBI real estate market.
